General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

These GTC govern the business relationship between Violeta Bankovic and the client.

This is based on a service agreement (§§ 611 ff. BGB) that begins when you book an appointment.

§ 2 Conclusion, refusal

The contract is formed by making an appointment for consultation, diagnosis or therapy.

The practitioner can refuse appointments without giving reasons – for example, if there’s no trust between us or if the concern isn’t suitable for my practice.

§ 3 Content of the service

The services I offer provide energetic and psychological support – not as a substitute for medical diagnosis or therapy.

Clients make their own informed choices after a thorough discussion of their needs.

Success and healing cannot be guaranteed.

§ 4 Duties to cooperate

Clients should share complete information about previous illnesses, ongoing treatments and medications.

Incomplete information may affect the effectiveness of our work together.

§ 5 Fees and payment

The fee is based on the valid price list and is payable after each session in cash, via PayPal or by bank transfer.

Receipts and invoices are available upon request.

§ 6 Cancellation of appointments and costs for no-shows

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

For cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, half the fee will be charged.

§ 7 Data protection and confidentiality

All personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with GDPR and will not be passed on without consent.

All progress notes, diagnosis and data are kept strictly confidential.

§ 8 Termination and end of contract

Both parties can end the contractual relationship at any time without giving reasons.

Invoices for services already rendered remain in effect.

§ 9 Limitation of liability

The practitioner is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

Health issues arising from delaying medical care or self-treatment are the client’s own responsibility.

§ 10 Final provisions

Changes to the GTC must be made in writing.

If any provision is found invalid, all other provisions remain in effect.

Place of jurisdiction / applicable law: Germany, § 38 ZPO.
